Year 5 will be selling Eid boxes to raise money for a Buddy Bench.
The prices are £3 for one or £5 for two. All orders should be made through Parent Pay.
We hope you like our boxes and our cause.
We have outlined the process of remote learning in our Newletter.
If you are still unsure, do not hesitate to contact a memeber of the year 5 team.
All your child's passwords and logins are stuck in their yellow homework book.
A text message will go out every Friday outlining your child's homework tasks for the day.
In the case of remote learning, you will be contacted directly and a member of staff will explain the schedule.
Thank you for all you support during this time.
At Bankfoot, we are committed to providing a culturally inclusive and relevant curriculum to suit the needs of all pupils.
Following consultation with parents, we have designed long term plans for each year group. We have tried to link the topics with countries and cultures beyond Europe. If you have some more ideas that we can include please talk to the teachers. We value and welcome your contributions.
In Year 5HC we will demonstrate outstanding behaviour at all times. We will follow the school rules and come to school in the correct uniform. Our attendance and punctuality will be the best. We will sit and listen tentatively during assembly times. Our classroom and cloakroom will be clean and tidy. We will work hard to keep ourselves and others around us safe by keeping a respectable distance. As part of our catch up curriculum we will be enthusiastic, resilient and mature pupils. During our lessons our aim is to become as confident as we can, whilst focussing on the word ‘remember’. All of us want to achieve having a pen licence by the end of the year. We will always be polite and respect each other.
Here are a range of Maths activities you can do.
The games used in school are called HIT THE BUTTON. Also play Maths Magician for learning times tables.
This site will help you to revise in the key areas of Maths, Literacy and Science, getting you all prepared for the SATs.
