Wraparound Childcare
As well as a free breakfast clubs and free activity clubs, we also offer Wraparound Childcare until 6pm each day. Parents pay for this provision.

Who is it for?
Any child who attends our school (including Nursery) may attend the Childcare. Parents pay for this childcare.
Who runs it?
It is led by Miss Umer, assisted by Mrs Bibi and Mrs Florea. All three are members of our school staff. We do not contract out the childcare to a third-party.
Where is it held, and what will the children do?
We run the Childcare in our Community Room. Our staff run various indoor and outdoor activities that change each day. The staff consult with children about what they would like to do during Childcare, and try to run activities based on the children's interests. Drinks and snacks are provided.
What time is it open?
It runs from the end of school until 6pm, Monday to Friday, but children can be collected at any time that suits you. It will be open during term-time only, so if the school is closed, the Childcare is also closed.
How much does it cost?
It’s HALF PRICE in November and December! Our ‘full’ prices start in January 2026. These prices reflect what it costs the school to run the childcare.
Most parents will be able to claim some of this money back from the Government – see the next question for more information.

How do I claim money back from the Government?
There are two possibilities:
- Claim tax-free childcare via the Government. All working parents can do this. You may receive up to £2,000 per year this way, depending on how much tax you pay. Click here for more information: https://www.gov.uk/get-tax-free-childcare

Do you still offer free after school activity clubs?
Yes, we will run some free after-school sports and activity clubs until 4pm, but there is not a Club every day for every year group.
If there is not a Club for your child’s year group on a day you need childcare, you will need to pay for your child to join Childcare Provision.
The free activity clubs that are available change each half-term.
What is available from 12:40 on a Friday afternoon?
There are no free clubs on a Friday afternoon. If you need childcare from 12:40 on a Friday afternoon, you will need to pay for your child to join the Childcare Provision.
How do I sign up and pay?
Parents can sign up and pay for childcare sessions on the Arbor Parent app, or complete the form below and a member of staff will be in touch with you.
We would appreciate you signing up for sessions well in advance, but we can also take bookings at short notice.
